BLUE TRAIN - CAPE TOWN JOURNEY (3 DAYS / 2 NIGHTS)
The Blue Train route between Pretoria and Cape Town is a two night journey of 1600 kilometres (994 miles), through some of the most diverse and spectacular scenery offered by the African sub-continent, including an off-train excursion in Kimberley for a visit to the Big Hole and Diamond Mine Museum. - One night free hotel accommodation in a standard room with breakfast at a selection of hotels in Cape Town or Pretoria, either prior or after the Blue Train Journey (subject to availability and only valid on regular fare bookings)
- One free chauffeur transfer between the Station and the CBD area of Cape Town or Pretoria

COST FOR CHILDREN ON THE BLUE TRAIN
Up to two children aged five or younger are allowed in the suite (free of charge) sharing the bed(s) with their parent(s). There is unfortunately not enough space in the suites to add a mattress or baby cot. Children aged between 6 and 11 pay 50% of the adult rate. Children aged 12 years and older pay the full adult fare.

CHILD POLICY
A Maximum of two adults & two children aged five or younger are allowed free of charge per suite and will have to share a bed with the adult/s as there is not enough space for an additional mattress, bed or cot. Children between 6 and 11 pay 50% of the adult rate and are accommodated in a separate suite. Children 12 years and older pay the full adult fare.
The Blue Train does not offer child or infant meals. Children should be kept under strict adult supervision by their parents or guardians and should not be allowed to inconvenience other guests in any way. We appeal to parents / guardians to familiarize themselves and to please sign the Childrens Policy document prior to departure.
Children are not allowed in the Club Car as this is a smoker’s area and is hazardous to their health. The Blue Train reserves the right to request guests to refrain from using public areas due to failure to adhere to this policy.
